We used the IP address of the computers at the TVN office to buy targeted adverts that would only be seen on websites as they were accessed by TVN employees.
Outcome
We won. After 6 years with its previous agency, TVN moved its annual budget of a few million Euros over to us. Our internet campaign cost us 18 Euro.
