Description
We open on Mr. Diaz about to have surgery. Before he’s put under, the doctor tells him that it’s a simple operation; she’ll just make a small incision and remove his ’67 Corvette. This comes as a shock because this should be a simple gallbladder removal. The doctor, with the help of the Aflac Duck, explains the situation. Insurance probably isn’t going to cover the entire operation. Without lifestyle coverage from Aflac, Mr. Diaz will have to sell his vintage muscle machine, handed down to him by his grandfather, to pay the out-of-pocket expenses healthcare insurance won’t take care of. Before he can attest, the surgeon pumps him with anesthesia, and he’s out like a light.
