Description
Use of a word combination game, symbolising the combinations that could be made to obtain Tax deductions up to €3,109.89.The creative concept was applied in a mailing, consisting of a letter and an information leaflet, mentioning also a raffle to win two cars and ten weekends at Portugal’s Inns. Along with this mailing, a Tax Guide simulating the benefits according to the applied investments, and a Word Combination Game were delivered by the account managers to the adherents, in their bank agency.
Outcome
Analysing the evolution from 2001 to 2002, the Home Savings Accounts increased 17.71%, and regarding the Retirement and Education Savings Account: Investment or Revenue, it had its deliveries increased by 32.17%, new contracts by 21.70%, and new clients by 4.18%.
