The expression “Dead time” (directly from Norwegian) is typically the time you spend waiting for a bus – time that can’t be used for anything useful.The DM consisted of a high quality notebook. The Dead time notebook. A handy (analogue) tool that would help the recipient kill more dead time moments. To emphasize this, the book had some ready made doodles in it. The included letter explained why NetCom Wireless Office was an even better solution to rid the company of dead time. The letter was signed by the sales person, who was going to make the TM call.
