The website’s goal is to engage a broad audience with the triple play products of KPN, the Dutch national Telco. Regarding KPN’s new communication strategy, focus should lie on customer benefits in an understandable language (rather than technological features) and the company’s rejuvenation. The answer is an online interactive sitcom with product placement. By watching the small, but catchy scenes, visitors get to know the peculiarities of the family members and experience how the products play a role in everyday lives. The website takes the latest interactive and video capabilities of Flash 8 to the limits.
