Description

When it comes to running a business, customer experience is everything. And when the experience is bad, it can be catastrophic. But what happens when a bad scenario is met with an incredible customer experience?

This spot opens the way any bank heist should: with masked robbers bursting in yelling “Everybody down!” But almost immediately, you notice something is off. A nervous teller peeks out from under a bank counter and addresses the men—by name. Throughout the spot we see the teller using Adobe Experience Cloud software to help solve the robbers’ financial problems, and the robbery is thwarted in the process.

This spot has all the details of a summer blockbuster. The big shots and familiar chaos of Dog Day Afternoon. Nervous robbers, stammering bank tellers and the ever-present threat of the law. And most importantly, it’s got a twist: Adobe Experience Cloud saves the day.
