Execution

The film furthers gender discourse by creating a misdirection that helps rebrand the maternity break into what it really is - a bootcamp in life and leadership. Through the course of the two minute film, the camera focusses on the returnee, giving her inner confidence and resilience, vulnerability and anxiety the centre stage. The campaign garnered advocacy from women across the world - as the virality of the ad led the discourse to be shared by female KOLs across Hong Kong, Sweden, UK, USA, Germany, Denmark, and UAE - organically. It was also organically picked up by mainstream Indian news channels.
