Description
Baseball is Canada's favourite summer pastime but cricket is Canada's fastest growing sport. For a nation as culturally inclusive as Canada, this presented the unique opportunity for a story that combined both – and in so doing, made an important point about inclusiveness and character. The story was decidedly about a small human moment of kindness with big, nation building implications. Proof really, that when the best of us steps up, it is a nation that stands a little taller.
