A distributor accidentally drops 40 crates of beer, and the video went viral. So we created the hashtag #ElPibeDeLosCajones (#TheDudeWithTheCrates) on Twitter and asked our followers for help in order to find him and surprise him after the stressful experience he went through.
Execution
We shared the video with our followers, with the following text:
‘We’re searching for #TheDudeWithTheCrates to give him a surprise on behalf of his little slip up. RT and help us find him!’
Then we gathered the clues, answered the mentions and make the people an active part of the campaign. When we found the guy, we also shared the good news with our audience.
