We updated the Tiffany app with the Engagement Ring Finder experience, letting customers browse, and virtually try on, every ring at Tiffany’s. Users can share rings, and photos, connecting with friends and family to find the perfect ring for their special someone. Then, an in-store appointment is made and pre-selected rings are ready and waiting, as well as a glass of champagne.

This experience is ongoing as it’s a useful tool designed to make the engagement ring shopping experience at Tiffany even better, and more personal.

Outcome

Since the Engagement Ring Finder feature launched, we’ve had 2.7 million downloads, 1.2 million unique ring views, 40,000 saved rings, and 5,334 scheduled consultations over phone through the app driving to ring purchases in store.

40% of those users have tried on their rings and 1,076 happy couples chose to use the app to tell the world they were engaged.

And the only real complaint being the comments we received from users who wished our app could now help them find a husband.
