This film shows how the game changes when we find each other, helping a country embrace a new passion and a community build a new culture, with the help of Facebook’s platforms. We partnered with an eclectic mix of skate pioneers from around the globe. From featuring the real story of Ghana’s rising skate culture in “Skate Nation Ghana,” to taking viewers on a dance around the globe with the “Longboard Family” group on Facebook, to featuring skateboarding’s new poster boy Tyshawn Jones in “Once Upon a Time Everywhere,” to telling the true story of how Instagram helped breathe new life into the “No Comply” a legendary trick from the ‘90s, each film shed light on a real subculture to show that skateboarding was much more than simply a new Olympic discipline.
