Description

The ad is an interesting story made up on the spot by a kid, trying to explain to his dad why the sunroof was left open. He blames his imaginary friends while allowing us to show a host of features of the new Octavia. All set to the classic Bollywood track Pag Ghungroo.

Execution

The song that's used in the film is an adapt of an iconic old Bollywood track - Pag Ghungroo.

We brought back this yesteryears classic in a fun, catchy, modern way. It's a song from a cult Bollywood movie called Namak Halal, featuring the legendary Amitabh Bachchan in a much younger avatar. Exactly what we were attempting with the New Skoda Octavia. To recast the new and seriously improved, modern version of an early classic Octavia model. We eventually ended up bringing back two legends in a single film.
