Description
We presented Uber users with their own personal Uber usage data from the past year. Instead of simply stating statistics, we turned each datapoint into a story/scenario. The format of the piece is an animated music video which is customised for the user, where the verses of the song have different lyrics and animations, depending on which data categories the user falls under. We wrote the song to have clearly defined verses, so that each set of lyrics will fit and flow seamlessly, for whichever custom combination is generated for any user. The result was a personalised song unique to every Uber user that could be shared on social media.
