To honor the 50th anniversary of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) we returned to the words of its founder, President John F. Kennedy. In reviewing his iconic speeches we rediscovered his vision and commitment to eliminate global poverty. This inspired us to ask what President Kennedy would say today about the work of USAID.

President Kennedy’s words were paired with powerful USAID photos that were enhanced using a technique called parallax to separate foreground and background and create a modern and unique 3D look.
