Description

To create an invitation for the ABSOLUT Legends Party, TEQUILA\BR anticipated the feeling which the event was supposed to provide, bringing to the invitation all the mystery, light and shadows of the Swedish legends. The invitation was composed of a candle-holder made of iron in the shape of the ABSOLUT bottle wrapped in leather with candle, matches, and a black card that showed the invitation content when heated. It was a different way to involve the VIPs who receive a lot of invitations every week, warming their curiosity and wish to participate.

Outcome

The result was amazing: 77% anticipated confirmation for the event and 38% of the RSVP was confirmed within the first 48 hours after the invitation delivery. It is an excellent figure compared to the average of other ABSOLUT VIP parties in the country – 34% - and the average in the Brazilian market of 25%.

Other important results could be checked during the party: the VIPs didn’t give their confirmation to other friends as they usually do and 89% of them went to the party. The ABSOLUT Legends party was highly attended by VIPs, which involved mystery, fashion, shadows and fun.
