The campaign highlights IBM's experience in e-business hosting by taking users behind the scenes of usopen.org, a site designed and operated by IBM. The interactive tour, developed in Macromedia Flash, is specially designed to sit on top of usopen.org, enabling users to learn about four compelling areas of the site. As the potential customer visits each area, an IBM e-business hosting team member describes the challenges associated with developing that particular section of the website.
