Description
Taco Bell's new Nacho Fries stood to upset a “fry monopoly” the burger guys have enjoyed for years. A rabble-rouser shaking up the status quo? We’ve all seen that movie.
So, we made that movie. Sort of.
Enter “Web of Fries” -- a real trailer for a fake movie about an actual product, starring Josh Duhamel as a family man who innocently inquires why Taco Bell doesn’t have fries, and soon finds himself in the crosshairs of a sinister “Big Fries” conglomerate that will stop at nothing to keep Nacho Fries from upsetting their empire.
The “movie” was a blockbuster with fans. More importantly, so were the fries, which became Taco Bell’s most successful product launch ever, officially knocking Burger King out of the top 4 fast food restaurants.
