Description
In our commercial Garibaldi is struggling with his "mamma": due to her mistake washing his shirt in a high-temperature laundry wash, Garibaldi's famous red shirt turned into a white one.
Execution
This web commercial was shot in 20-25 minutes with 5 people crew using the main commercial scene and costumes. Compared to the rest of the tv commercials of the same campaign produced with greater means and directed by a Hollywood director, our advertisement was able to reach better results also from the effectiveness point of view.
We've been Tim's web referent for video contents during several years: this gave us that brightest idea the Italian audience eventually loved.
In detail we shot with:
two tripods and Canon HDSLR cameras
around four or five lights left by the electricians to our disposal (TV commercial)
the main production scene (TV commercial)
one gaffer (TV commercial)
the soundman operating his own radio mikes (TV commercial)
the two main testimonials with assistant make up and costumes (TV commercial)
two extras (TV commercial)
some personality from France's glorious past (not in the TV commercial)
Additional budget: 0,003% of the Garibaldi episode in the Italian History by Tim campaign.
