The film is based on real patient insights that were gathered. These were from real patients with CLL who experienced front-line treatment with chemotherapy. While for many, and on balance, chemotherapy is challenging to tolerate, we were careful not to paint a completely negative picture of chemotherapy, before suggesting that alternative approaches could be needed.
