The spot was created to launch a new platform for the brand: Love is messy. The people we love the most, make the most mess but we put up with it and accept them for who they are. This is especially true of Christmas, when there are more people together, making more mess, with more tension, than at any other time of year. We wanted people to see real mess and recognise themselves and their families in it.
