SoGoodGirls.com marks the start of a reality-based expedition following six women as they focus on and fine-tune their health.Nancy Kennedy (SELF Magazine fitness expert) coaches and encourages participants by offering individual fitness plans, nutritious menu options and some sisterly support.The new So Good Girls include real life women – from mothers and performers to career women and teachers – each with personal wellness goals. All six “Good Girls” will log journal entries, keep a video diary of their weekly progress, participate in group chat videos and most of all, support one another through the process.
