2023 marks the release of a brand new expansion pack, "Shadow of Jiuli," for the PC version of the popular game "Fantasy Westward Journey." This expansion pack introduces a fresh character called "Ying jingling" To showcase the personality and combat style of this new character to players, we have specially crafted a CG short film for "Shadow of Jiuli."

In the creation of the short film, we have embraced a fresh fusion of realistic style and Q version characters, breaking away from the traditional CG style of "Fantasy Westward Journey." Additionally, we have designed various terrain elements to showcase the character's diverse combat habits, elevating the quality of the CG. The PC version of "Fantasy Westward Journey" is based on the famous episodic novel "Journey to the West," aiming to create a romantic style of online gaming through its Q version characters. "Ying jingling" is created based on the core character "Gu jingling." She is the embodiment of the negative emotions of "Gu jingling," who was originally the most formidable assassin under Chiyou's command. However, when Chiyou was defeated, he infused a divine power into "Gu jingling," allowing her to preserve her physical body and divine essence. To ensure a carefree future for "Gu jingling," her past memories were completely stripped away, abandoning her dark past and opposing evil. The discarded past still holds the responsibility entrusted to her by Chiyou for the revival of the demon race, refusing to dissipate. With the assistance of "Gu jingling," she stabilized her form, transformed into a human-like figure, and became "Ying jingling." Due to knowing that her existence was saved by "Gu jingling," she has complex emotions towards her savior. On one hand, they are on opposing sides, but on the other hand, she feels indebted for the life-saving favor. After experiencing a complicated journey, Chiyou was resurrected, but this Chiyou is just the cruel "evil intention" part of his soul. The frenzied Chiyou, disregarding the father-daughter relationship, is determined to kill the traitorous "Gu jingling" who opposes him.
