Description

Waste water. How can you explain to the general public in a very simple way such a complex theme? We decided to show the problem in a very dramatic way by constructing a giant pile of dirty dishes and place it in the middle of the river of Bilbao. An astonishing installation to make people talk about how they can help in their day to day life by not wasting more water than needed.

Execution

We placed the installation 24 hrs. before World Water Day and held a press conference with national media. On March 22th, we posted our own content in social media that generated a huge buzz around our dirty dishes and, of course, waste water issue.

Outcome

The sculpture managed to catch people’s attention outdoors and in the media. In just a few hours it had reached over 3 million people on social networks and had over 300 thousand impressions.
