Description
The assignment was to create a holiday piece to share with our clients, prospective clients, advertising industry press and other friends of the agency.
Execution
We made the decision to lean almost entirely on design for the cards themselves because we wanted them to be used by the greatest number of people. We elected to use letterpress because we wanted them to have a handcrafted, premium feel. Each card uses its occasion as a jumping off point.
Outcome
We also created an online card-sending reminder service where recipients could sign up to receive text or e-mail reminders, of when to send a particular card. Out of more than 1,500 card sets sent, more than 400 people signed up for text reminders. The card sets were very well received by our audience with many sending complimentary thank you's and asking where they might be able to get more.
