Within the first week of the launch, human traffic at the Samsung air conditioner section at the retail store increased by 40%. Amazingly, this novel feature attracted even people who were not considering changing their air conditioners before they had heard of Good'sleep Mode. This new feature actually created a need! And that translated to sales of 20 units in that weekend. Usual airconditioner sales averages at 12 units over the weekend, and that was the projected sales for the new range of air conditioners. So, we helped achieve an increase in sales volume of about 67%.
