Description
The psychological action thriller Alan Wake represented a new depth of storytelling for Xbox 360 and the video game industry, with a rich, engaging plot that played like a television series. Rather than creating a marketing campaign, we created an episodic prequel to that tv series. And named it after the town the game is set in -Bright Falls. This way, instead of trying to describe, distill, or repurpose the game’s fiction, we became part of it.
Bright Falls did more than expose people to the themes, characters and locations from Alan Wake. The series launched an entire new plot into the Alan Wake lore while adding depth and intrigue to the town and the mysterious events unfolding within.
