Description
The Altoids Curiously Strong Awards are a tribute to the stars of your social network. Their excessive liking and ridiculous wall posts have become our escape from the monotony of the real world. Without these friends, Facebook would be much less interesting.
These facetious awards were kicked off with a catchy YouTube music video. The video directs viewers to a webpage, where they are encouraged to award their friends from one of our 12 archetypical categories. Recipients of an Altoids Curiously Strong Award would receive a Golden Tin wallpost straight to their Facebook feed. The award wallpost includes the anthem video and an invite to become immortalized in the Altoids.com Curiously Strong Gallery.The campaign gives names to Facebook characters we all too well, and makes classifying and awarding your friends fun. To quote the music video, “Post on, my friends. Post on.”
