Description
The humble beginnings of the global cosmetics brand Benefit are not as humble as many would be led to believe. The original story of its very first product, Benetint, was so interesting and so unbelievable, we felt that it needed to be told.
Given that this story involves San Francisco in the 1970’s, boiled rose petals and a stripper with flesh-colored nipples, a flamboyant torch song seemed the best way to do this. It tells the tale of a product that launched a brand whose flair for the odd and imaginative is still as vibrant today as it was in 1976.
