In France "BLA BLA" is the way we call a a speech with no consistency that leads to no action.

The film is about global warming and its effect on the world.

In this TVC we can see the world falling into pieces while we can hear the voices of the french presidents Nicolas Sarkosy, François Hollande and Emmanuel Macron.

On a wide shot we can see ice melting into blocks that are falling into the sea, forming the words "BLA BLA". Later in the film, we can see the letters BLA BLA floating in a flood, and burning in a wildfire.

As the voice over disappears, we can read the super:
