A very simple creative production style allowed consumers to produce their own ads with camcorders or even digital cameras and cellphones. We also used YouTube for the streaming technology so we didn’t have the big costs of hosting all the digital video files.
Outcome
The commercials posted at BKShow.com.br had over 1,2 million views. We achieved massive PR being the first collaboration advertising campaign in Brazil and making BurgerKing achieve a very higher reach than its real media budget allows. Later research showed BK is preferred by young consumers by 54% over its competitor.
