Description
We created a promotion offering those responsible for telecommunications the chance to be Father Christmas for their colleagues, winning prizes for their company. For every line they had on December 31st they got a ticket in the draw.
Outcome
Altogether, 70,000 requests were received to take part in the promotion (17% of the total) so the global aim was successfully achieved. Amena kept 90% of its lines throughout the promotion period.
