Description

Actual experiment replaced ordinary sales presentation.

Execution

On the street of business district, we did an experiment of handing out flyers to test out customers’ acceptance to character. And we compare the statistic to control group. The direct reactions from customers, including facial expressions, behaviors and statistic, all show the customer’s acceptance to character.

Outcome

The distance is 0 cm between people and a character figure. We recorded the experiment as an online video showing target audience that character marketing can optimize their brands.

The Character Lab has earned new business and clients after this campaign.
