We discovered that the Marketing Managers who controlled the budgets weren't always aware of our agency's capabilities. We created a showcase of our best IBM case studies to encourage our clients to learn from their colleagues' successes and mistakes and to apply these learnings to their local markets by contacting their regional agency partners. The Global Marketing Showcase will be updated quarterly so that marketing managers can "feel free to steal our best ideas."
