Execution

We digitally connected customers to the store windows, so they could play with a brand in a way that hadn't been done before. We re-coded projectors & Kinect camera to enable customers to interact with EE’s brand identity, whilst receiving service/product messages.

The desired outcome was to get customers to notice this new brand on the High Street and raise the over all brand awareness of EE. After a month we achieved a brand awareness on the High Street of 68%.

Outcome

After a month we had achieved a High Street brand awareness of 68%. This is great but what is just as great is the response we had from members of the public, who stopped to play with our digital windows. EE store staff all commented on how it helped to bring in new customers, got their stores stand out in a cluttered space and made a sometime generic retail space feel, fresh and fun. They had customers dancing outside the stores and kicking the windows to see if the displays were real.
