IT people have a lot of daily issues like fixing systems, patches, securing the server etc. which are real pain points. We sent them a black box asking them if they were looking for relief from these IT pains. Inside was a hot water bag – cleverly marked with their IT pain points shown increasing along with the water temperature. The message on the left told them how they could use this bag or else call their account mangers, do a simple assessment and get a quick solution to get relieved of all their security and management aches.
