Delta Air Lines needed to break through the travel industry clutter and create an engaging digital experience that increased sales and elevated Delta’s brand as a trusted travel partner. Razorfish redesigned Delta.com to be a seamless, customer-centric, e-commerce experience. The design delivered on three main objectives:
Deliver a unique, touch-friendly, visually stunning digital travel hub.
Anticipate customer’s travel needs and deliver personalized content.
Dramatically increase revenue from ticket sales, hotel/car, and seat upgrades
The new Delta.com positions Delta Air Lines as an industry innovator by giving travelers what they need, when they need it and fueling their desire to travel.
