In these radio spots, we hear people’s imaginative descriptions of a sound. They go deep into vivid descriptions and memories evoked by the noise. Just as the listener gets lost in the storytelling, they’re snapped back to reality and realize the character is simply describing the sound their car is making — and our Nissan Service professional knows exactly what’s wrong. This campaign is based on the insight that people have the habit of trying to self-diagnose car trouble by ear. But the only sure way to know what’s wrong is to take it to a trained Nissan Service technician.
