Background
During Cyber Monday, LATAM Airlines doesn't compete only with other airlines, but with the whole retail industry. Worst of all, in the middle of the pandemic, chileans weren't thinking about buying plane tickets, and data indicated everyone was looking to buy products online, without leaving home. We then used that 2 year lockdown tension, and the price differences that exist due to exchange rates and product taxes on imported goods, to invite people to get those same products they were looking for, but reconnecting with the life experiences they had lost because of Covid lockdowns.
