In the Lightbringers film, the emotional story of our crew of heroic miners comes to life entirely through the singular performance of an original song and the quiet, thoughtful performances of the surrounding crew. Our spotlighted hero needed to be able to not only perform a great song, but also to communicate both the dire straights, sacrifice, and also the inherent hope at the center of the story. For the rest of the surrounding crew, it was essential that we cast a diverse range of actors that aligned with the united nature of peoples and civilizations in the Halo universe.
