Over the course of the recession, travelers have become accustomed to getting less for their money. Embassy Suites wanted to remind them that no matter what’s going on with the economy, you can always expect to get more at their hotel. With that in mind, the strategy was simple – Embassy Suites is the only hotel that always gives you more. More room. More free breakfast. More complimentary drinks.To bring this to life, we created a character, an “ambassador for more,” who gives a voice to anyone who’s ever wanted more. As he guides viewers through the hotel, he delivers a “monologue of more-ness,” and we see a world of more come to life all around him. The witty banter and subtle sight gags reward viewers with humorous moments of surprise even after multiple viewings while always remaining true to the strategy.
