All original goals were met:• As of June 2006, the program has been able to reduce the number of duplicate emails by over 48 millions• A single email has now replaced multiple emails while keeping members engaged with the program• A single email now serves all the Hilton Family properties for the Hilton HHonors program• Emails are now more personalized to an individual member’s activity and preferences• Due to the success, email template was expanded for use to international members
