We teamed up with with Black Enterprise Women of Power Summit and Atlantic Monthly to run a debate on the future of Math and Science Education, Wall St Journal for the World Business Forum and the Managing Innovation Event and the Financial Times for the annual meeting of the Clinton Global Initiative. Finally in conjunction with National Geographic we hosted a Schools of Distinction event.Events were backed up with extensive advertorials in print and online, detailing Intel’s position and thoughts on innovation in education via titles such as Fortune, CNN, Wall St Journal, the FT, National Geographic and Harvard Business Review.We hosted the first-ever Oxford-style online debate on Economist.com to highlight our thoughts on education and took our message to the country’s elite via National Public Radio.

Outcome

Intel’s standing among the country elite rose 23% points to 91%.The US Secretary of Education asked how she could participate.Opinion Leaders responded with detailed and thoughtful comments to Economist.com- 50 times more than write to the editor online.
