We placed an eye-catching display in the fountain with the message: "You’d be better off putting your money somewhere where you can be sure to get something out of it”. Here we charmingly indicate that the funds of Franklin Templeton Investments are not a gamble, but provide reliable performance.
Outcome
The costs for production of the displays (Euro 1,300) and for permission from the City of Frankfurt (Euro 100) were small compared with the estimated 20,000 contacts generated in the four-week presence of this form of advertising. The choice location in the Frankfurter bank district almost completely eliminated coverage waste.
