Over the years, there’s been a significant shift in peoples’ outlook towards marriage as an increasing number of Indians are embracing inter-regional marriages. The marriage portal, Jeevansathi.com, wanted to communicate this progressive trend with a simple thought. To bring alive the same, we decided to marry two traditional Indian art forms to represent a union of two individuals from different regions. Dating back centuries, these illustrious art forms are the hallmark of India’s rich multi-cultural heritage. For instance, the beautifully intricate miniature painting style from Western India art form unites with modern folk art from West Bengal.
