Execution
Communication focused on the ¥65m give- away prize, targeting young fashionable females.
Outcome
Due to the overwhelming number of shoppers, it reached the target budget sales and visitors half way into the campaign, and as a result, the total cash give away prize had to be increased to ¥85m.
