We start on a boy gripping the side of a pool, looking uncertainly away from the edge and shaking his head. Next we see a boxer leaning on the ropes of the ring, looking defeated. We move on to a physical therapy appointment, where a man leans hard on his crutch, and a teenage boy standing up on a bike, then a woman on the side of a bridge.

We cut back to the little boy's hands letting go of the pool and swimming away from the side, the boy on the bike letting go of his handle bars in a trick, the man in physical therapy taking a shaky step, the boxer getting back in the ring and the woman bungee jump off the bridge.

We end on hands letting go of a steering wheel in a car, as the steering wheel moves. The driver looks content.
