By providing the IT managers of these companies with a direct mailer from a distant galaxy, we spoke to the sci-fi geek within every IT person. This inner sci-fi geek will then be asked to help save this distant galaxy as the direct mailer acted as a distress signal. The direct mailer made use of printed material to ensure that the IT managers were able to access a website and receive a personal Augmented Reality message thanks to the card included in the mailer. Together, the media allowed us to create intrigue before sending them to a website which launched an augmented reality AV which would speak to them.
Outcome
Results to follow as campaign is still in the early stages of running.
