All in all, 175,000 new owners have received the Welcome kits. 1 – Reduction of 52% in the complaint rate and customer’s consultancy about the vehicles (considering the customers who have received the kit). The results were measured according to the model and items/topics approached in the kit and compared to the data collected prior to the project launch. 2 – 72,800 new owners have subscribed to the hotsite and call centre, overcoming expectations.
