Run Track is a web app that takes Nike+ data of a completed run like distance, pace and route, and matches that with other data like weather, temperature, and time of day to mix an original piece of music for each and every run.
Once runners have logged a run with Nike+, they choose beats and samples from one of 8 artists, and their personal music track is composed. The tracks can then be listened to and immediately shared through social networks.
The music is composed of beats from 8 leading DJs and musicians including Japan’s popular breakbeat duo, Hifana.
Outcome
Run Track turned every run with Nike+ into a completely unique and shareable piece of music.

Run Track was the most socially active campaign ever for Nike Japan.
