We offered internet users the opportunity to connect with the one they love just before they leave.
Thanks to giant screens connected to WIFI in trains stations, hundreds of people got the chance to share a last goodbye.
Execution
Live screens were connected in stations all over France so travelers could be surprised by the one they love while experiencing SNCF’s free wifi service. Hundreds of people were surprised live in trains stations and the event was filmed and broadcasted on SNCF’s Facebook channel to support this new service on social media.
Outcome
The video generated 1.2 Million views within 1 week on SNCF’s Facebook channel. Winning likes, shares and comments as well as husbands, wives, friends and lovers’ hearts. Thanks to both event and video, SNCF’s free wifi service reached 250.000 connections during the first week of the launch.
